Steps:
Picture composition:
- Decide on the number of character.
- Decide on the setting.
- Each picture should have an approximate same amount of words.
- Write in detail and describe the actions clearly.
- Use good adjectives and adverbs. ( Preferably every two to three
sentences)
- Check your content periodically and see whether they are
off-tracked.
- Every paragraph should have one clear idea.
- Limit your ideas and points. It is better to elaborate on points and
have good paragraph development.
- Every reason should have examples to support its claim.
- Use verb precisely.

Letter writing:
- Don't forget greeting. It is basic but essential.
- Respond to each question and request from another letter.
- Decide on the number of issue which you will focus on.
- Be generous in using auxiliary verb and adjectives.
- Be careful and do not side-track your opinion.
- Avoid using any unfamiliar sentence structures.
- Avoid overusing passive voice. Active voice carries better style.
- Use compound adjective. It can help carry out the message more
specifically.
- Be organized. Don't discuss too many points. Answer each point step
by step.
- Use participle structure. It can help polish the style of writing.
